| Ordering |
| All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are to mainland Britain. Delivery charges to addresses outside mainland Britain will be quoted on request. Payment is required by credit or debit card at the time of placing your order. We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email or phone and will notify you at this time of the expected delivery timescales. If these timescales are not satisfactory to you, please let us know immediately and we will not process your order. Once timescales and any delivery charges have been agreed, there will be a binding agreement in place between yourself and Over the Rainbow. |

| Delivery |
| Delivery will be charged at £1.99 for all orders. All products are subject to availability. Prices and specifications are correct at the date of publication and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order. We will normally attempt to deliver within 7-10 days and will notify you prior to processing your order if we believe this to be different. All deliveries will be made to the delivery address supplied on placing your order. If this is different to the registered address relating to the credit or debit card we will need to be given both. |

| Payment |
We will charge your account at the time the order is processed. If there is to be any delay on despatching your goods we will contact you in order to agree payment timescales. All orders and payments are conducted via a secure link. Unless we are proved negligent, we will not accept responsibility for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via this link.
While we try to ensure that all prices quoted on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you order, we will inform you at the time of processing your order and will give you the option of cancelling your order if you do not accept the correct price. |

| Consumer Protection |
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel any order, but this right ends 14 days after the date the products are delivered to you. Charges for cancelled items will be repaid to you by way of a credit to your card within thirty days of us receiving the goods back. You must return the product to us in the original packaging, within 14 working days of delivery and pay the costs of return delivery. To avoid this, we recommend you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to cancel. | Refund Policy |
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will exchange or refund any unused item providing it is returned in a saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging, with your full details within 14 days from receipt of the goods. Please contact us on 01903 692991 to arrange return. This in no way affects your statutory rights.
Products that are received damaged or faulty will be replaced or refunded including delivery costs. When returning products please ensure you package them well and label them correctly to ensure they are not lost or damaged in transit. |
